President Joe Biden experience some technical difficulties on his video call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday morning, apparently forgetting to switch his microphone on. Russian news agencies released video of the first few minutes of the call. ‘Greetings Mr. President,’ Putin said to Biden in Russian.
