US: Rising sea levels threaten Louisiana coast

The coast of Louisiana in the United States has been losing land at an alarming rate.
This is caused in by oil exploration and rising sea levels.
It is so bad that a state of emergency has been declared.
But a master plan for restoration may now offer hope for the future.
