US President Joe Biden has arrived in South Korea as part of his first visit to the region as president. He will next travel to Tokyo for the QUAD leaders’ summit with Australia, India and Japan. Daniel Pinkston from Troy University tells The World one of the main objectives of his visit to Seoul is to “establish a personal relationship” with South Korea’s President, Yoon Suk-Yeol.
