    The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says it’s now safe for fully vaccinated Americans to go maskless in most indoor and outdoor settings.

    But even as new guidance is offered, states are still seeing a lag in some places in those going to get the vaccine, prompting officials to offer incentives to get a jab. From free beer and food to baseball tickets and lottery jackpots, efforts are ramping up to get more shots in arms.
