US 2020 election: Is Postal Service being ‘undermined’ ahead of coronavirus mail-in election?

Democrats have blamed the new US appointee for the United States Postal Service (USPS) head, who is a appointee of President Donald Trump, for a slowdown in deliveries but also for new policies that are causing concern ahead of an election to be decided by mail-in voting.

However, a small reprieve was confirmed with the announcement that planned cost-cutting measures are to be delayed as Louis DeJoy prepares for a Senate grilling.
