‘Unbelievable grief’: Meghan Markle reveals heartbreaking miscarriage

Sky News Australia published this video item, entitled “‘Unbelievable grief’: Meghan Markle reveals heartbreaking miscarriage” – below is their description.

Meghan Markle has revealed the “unbelievable grief” she and Prince Harry experienced after she suffered a recent tragic miscarriage. Meghan described the heartbreaking account in a New York Times article. “I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second,” she said. “Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband’s hand … I tried to imagine how we’d heal”. She described feeling a “sharp cramp” before she later went to hospital. It was revealed she suffered from the devastating miscarriage in July this year. Meghan also recounted the toll the loss took on her husband, Prince Harry. “Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband’s hand. I felt the clamminess of his palm and kissed his knuckles, wet from both our tears. “Staring at the cold white walls, my eyes glazed over. I tried to imagine how we’d heal.”
