    The UN Human Rights chief Michelle Bachelet has expressed her fears of Myanmar heading to a full-blown Syrian-style conflict. More than 700 people have been killed since the military coup in February. But the Commissioner quoted reports saying more than 3000 people have been detained and 23 have been sentenced to death in secret trials.
