United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is in Ukraine, and has arrived in the town of Bucha, having earlier been to Borodyanka in the Kyiv region. He’s scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday. This follows talks on Tuesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
