Heavy downpours in Australia’s arid regions have caused rare phenomenon on one of the country’s famous tourist attraction.
In the country’s arid centre, water cascaded down the Uluru rock formation, an event described by the national park as “unique and extraordinary”.
A sixth of the area’s rain for the year fell in just two days, giving dozens of tourists the opportunity to experience the rare event.
