Residents in the Ukrainian city of Sloviansk have been urged to evacuate as Russian forces press closer.
The governor of the Donetsk region says there has been a massive uptick in the number of rockets being fired into the city.
And the Ukrainian president says Russian forces take no breaks as they seek to press the advantage after taking the city of Lysychansk on Sunday.
