John Sparks speaks to a Ukrainian refugee who is in charge of a school that is now on the front line of the war in Kherson in southern Ukraine.
Incredibly, Professor Igor Serdyuk runs the school from County Cork in Ireland, where he has settled with his family.
He fled Ukraine after the Russians threatened to jail him when he refused to teach the Moscow-imposed curriculum.

Overlooking the Dnieper River is the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monastery complex, a Christian pilgrimage site housing Scythian tomb relics and catacombs containing mummified Orthodox monks.
