Ukrainian police have released footage of a building in the country’s eastern Kharkiv region where it claims Russian soldiers tortured prisoners. Videos and photos showing the rundown facility were released on October 3, 2022, at a time Kyiv has been claiming it has found evidence of war excesses in towns it recently recaptured from Moscow’s invasion forces.
