Guardian News published this video item, entitled “Ukraine mall strike captured on CCTV cameras of nearby park” – below is their description.
CCTV footage showed panic in a park in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk on Monday, moments after a nearby shopping centre was hit by a Russian missile strike. The location of the video was verified by matching buildings and roads to satellite and file imagery. A day after the attack, in which at least 18 people were killed, the central Ukrainian city declared a day of mourning and fire fighters cleared away rubble. Russia claimed the incident was caused by a strike on a legitimate military target.
