Britain’s Prime Minister Theresa May has finalised a deal which will see Northern Ireland’s ultra-conservative DUP party prop up her minority government.
Under the deal, Northern Ireland will get an extra $1.27bn of funding, which will be handed over the next two years.
In return, the DUP’s 10 MPS must support the government on its budget, in confidence motions, on security and on Brexit. All other issues will be decided on a case by case basis.
