    One industry in the United Kingdom that has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic has been live theatre. More than half of the venues in the country will close permanently, as a result, leaving thousands out of work. But one project in the city of Manchester is helping former backstage workers to retrain. And it could also help the UK cut carbon emissions.
