    Prosecutors in the UK have announced criminal charges against six people over the 1989 Hillsborough football disaster.

    Ninety-six Liverpool football fans were crushed to death after too many people were let into the stadium in Sheffield.

    The charges follow a near-three-decade campaign for justice by the bereaved families.
