The Conservative candidate, Robert Halfon, has ousted the Labour MP Bill Rammell from his seat in Harlow, Eastern England, in the 2010 UK General Election.
Halfon won by a large majority of 4,925 votes – which equates to a difference of 11.2% over Rammell, in second place.

The Conservatives claimed this seat thanks to a 4.1% increase in votes from 2005, enjoyed while Labour lost 7.7%.
