UK: Complaints about British tourists ignoring COVID-19 measures

The behaviour of British tourists who are choosing to stay in the United Kingdom this summer, rather than travel abroad, has come under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.
Complaints have been growing about large gatherings of visitors who refuse to obey social distancing rules.
