Uganda’s long-time President Yoweri Museveni has officially won re-election with nearly 60 percent of the votes. Election officials say the turnout was around 57 percent of the almost 18 million registered voters.

Murchison Falls National Park in the northwest is known for its 43m-tall waterfall and wildlife such as hippos.
