For more: https://www.cgtn.com/video A U.S. federal judge on Sunday questioned the Trump administration’s evidence in a ruling temporarily blocking a proposed ban on China’s wildly popular short video app TikTok. In a reckoning released on Monday, District Judge Carl Nichols said the specific evidence of the threat posed by the social media app to U.S. national security is not substantial. The judge granted a preliminary injunction halting the ban just hours before it was set to take effect on Sunday. This means TikTok can now operate without interruption at least until a full court hearing.
