Global News published this video item, entitled “Typhoon Haishen: South Korea battered with heavy rains causing landslides” – below is their description.

Parts of South Korea were left with flooded roads and damaged buildings on Monday after Typhoon Haishen rolled northwards along the east coast, a day after it battered Japan’s southern islands. The storm also caused landslides, burying vehicles under a deluge of mud on Geoje Island. The storm packed sustained winds of up to 112 kilometres-per-hour and left more than 75,000 households temporarily without power. It also displaced 3,100 people after making landfall. At least two people have died, two more were missing and five others injured, mostly in the southern regions hit by flooding, according to the safety ministry.
