Typhoon Bavi weakens after causing heavy rain and floods landing in North Korea and China

Typhoon Bavi has been causing floods and heavy downpours in eastern China since August 26, 2020. Bavi landed in North Korea on Thursday, and then moved towards northeastern China, affecting provinces such as Shandong and Heilongjiang.
