Two homes have collapsed in Chelsea during building work which has forced around 40 people to leave their properties. London Fire Brigade were called to Durham Place last night after two properties under construction collapsed to the ground. No-one was believed to be inside the homes at the time and no injuries have been reported. Police cordoned off the area as neighbouring homes were evacuated with around 40 people displaced as a result.
