Two people were killed and one injured when a large number of fireworks exploded in Ontario, California on March 16. Videos posted on social media showed clouds of smoke rising from the house as well as a blast that sent nearby residents running for cover. The explosion was caused by a large number of commercial-grade fireworks that were ignited at a house, according to the police.
