    Young #Tunisians’ desire to emigrate to #Europe is being hindered by the Covid-19 pandemic. France grants short-stay visas to Tunisians, but during the #Covid-19 pandemic, the number issued has fallen by two-thirds. However, the difficulty of satisying visa requirements also makes legal emigration more difficult, Martina Costa, a project manager for Lawyers Without Borders, told FRANCE 24.
