Trump threatens executive action if no stimulus is passed

CNN’s Jim Acosta reports that President Donald Trump is threatening executive action to extend unemployment benefits, cut payroll taxes and forgive student debt if the congress cannot pass a stimulus package intended to bolster the economy and help struggling Americans pay their bills.
