Trump Says He Had No Choice But to Move GOP Convention from North Carolina

President Donald Trump said he had no choice but to relocate the Republican National Convention to another state in the wake of the governor’s decision to limit the size of the event due to the coronavirus pandemic. He called North Carolina’s Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper “backwards” in remarks he made at the White House on Wednesday, June 10.
