Trump Continues Press Conference After Secret Service Evacuates Him From Briefing Room

US President Donald Trump was abruptly taken out of the White House briefing room on Monday because of a nearby shooting.

The president was only a few minutes into his daily virus briefing when he was interrupted and asked to leave the room.

Trump returned shortly and said a shooting outside the White House was now “under control”.
