    Speaking to NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Monday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called out Russia for its worsening engagement with NATO-member countries, saying it has become “more disruptive than it has been in decades.”

    Trudeau said NATO-member countries need to be “aligned” against a rise of authoritarianism that is “increasingly competing and challenging” the their values.

    He also said NATO-member countries must demonstrate an alternative to the “strong-arm tactics” of countries like China and Russia.
