    Leaders at today’s National Cabinet meeting have agreed to mandate coronavirus tests for international arrivals, and to make masks compulsory for all airports and flights.

    In a press conference after the meeting, South Australian Premier Steven Marshall also said leaders in the National Cabinet meeting agreed to halve the number of overseas arrivals in response to the new, highly virulent strain of COVID-19 currently spreading through the United Kingdom.
