South China Morning Post published this video item, entitled “Traumatised kids in war-torn Yemen receive specialised care at rehabilitation centre” – below is their description.
Yemen has been embroiled in internal conflict since 2014. More than 10,200 children have been killed or injured, according to UNICEF. The Atahadi Centre for Early Intervention and Special Education in Yemen’s largest city of Sanaa provides specialised care for children with disabilities. The staff there hope to help integrate children with war-related traumas back into society.
