On Saturday, the Treasury revealed a number of measures to be announced in the Budget on Wednesday- including half a billion pounds for ‘hubs’ to support young and troubled families.

Labour were quick to point out they don’t sound too different from Sure Start Centres- hundreds of which have been closed by Tory-led governments.
