Colorado Police have released a video of the moment a train crashed into a parked police car with a suspect inside.

The officers in the video appear to take at least 15 seconds to realize a Union Pacific train was incoming.

The suspect, Rios-Gonzalez, suffered several injuries, including a broken arm that required surgery, nine broken ribs, a fractured sternum, and a wound to her back and head.
