More turmoil on Wall Street on Monday morning, as it experienced another automatic 15-minute halt to trading, the third such pause in six days. This, as the S&P 500 Index tumbled by 8 percent at opening. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also had a rough morning, falling by nearly 10 percent while the Nasdaq Composite was down about six percent. It comes as traders reacted to drastic weekend measures by America’s central bank to stave off a global recession. Figures continued to tumble as trading resumed. If the S&P 500 falls by 13 percent it will trigger a level-2 circuit breaker and halt trading again for 15 minutes. #stock #WallStreet
