Rescuers in central China have been using bulldozers and dinghies to help evacuate people from areas submerged by floodwaters after days of torrential rain.

At least 58 people have died as floods swept through the city of Zhengzhou – with water in some neighbourhoods up to six feet deep. Extreme weather has been causing chaos in a swathe of other countries too.
