Tom Cruise has been spotted flying a World War II biplane as he begins practising for reported dog fight stunt scenes in the next Mission: Impossible movie.

The Top Gun actor, 59, could be seen learning to fly a 1943 Boeing-Stearman Model 75 with the help of ex-German Air Force pilot Klaus Plasa. Tom is reportedly practicing in the former military training plane so that he can perform stunt scenes in the next chapter of the Mission: Impossible franchise, after recently wrapping filming on the seventh film.
