Tonia Couch says her friend and former teammate Tom Daley was “speechless” after claiming gold at the Tokyo Olympics.

Tom Daley claimed Olympic gold at his fourth attempt, teaming up with Matty Lee to win the men’s 10m synchronised platform diving.

It is Daley’s third Olympic medal after he won bronze at the London and Rio Games.
