Extreme heat is the latest challenge facing athletes and organisers at the Tokyo Olympics.

Some competitors have collapsed because of the warm conditions.

So, tennis players are being given extra time to recover between sets after Novak Djokovic said conditions meant players were “constantly dehydrated”.
