Tokyo hostesses form union to avoid exploitation

Thousands of women in Tokyo are paid to flirt and chat with men. But an increase in abuse and exploitation has prompted a former hostess to start a union to protect the women in this trade. Al Jazeera’s Scott Heidler reports from the Japanese capital.
