In a response to new American restrictions imposed earlier on Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry has published a sanctions list that targets senior Biden administration officials. The retaliation also includes the expulsion of 10 US diplomats and the possible reduction of Washington’s diplomatic mission in the capital.
