Scuba diving is one of the many things that people can enjoy in Hainan Province. It’s also being used by marine biologists, to not only study coral reefs but also protect them. Our reporter Omar Khan says scuba diving is a major tourist activity in Wuzhizhou Island, where people can get licensed for just 3,000 RMB ($450).
