    Northwest China’s Qinghai Province is famous for its Tibetan carpets, which have a history of more than 3,000 years. Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, visited a company producing Tibetan carpets as his first stop during an inspection tour to the province on June 7.
