Rescue workers in Tamil Nadu, Southern India certainly proved their worth, after they rescued a mother and child from a terrifying waterfall.
Two of the rescue workers on the job actually fell into the water during the operation, but reports claim they safely swam to shore – and no one was hurt.
Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Stalin (no, not that one) applauded the bravery of the rescuers.
‘The courageous act of those who saved the mother and daughter is commendable,’ said Muthuvel Karunanidhi Stalin.
