Three candidates drop out ahead of Super Tuesday

Billionaire activist Tom Steyer, former South Bend, Ind., mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) dropped out of the presidential race days before Super Tuesday.
