More than 9,000 refugees have been housed inside a new camp on the Greek island of Lesbos. The new facility at Kara Tepe was built to replace the Moria migrant camp destroyed by fire earlier this month. Every new arrival in the camp will be tested for COVID-19, registered and assigned a tent. So far, 214 people have tested positive and are in quarantine.
