With climate change making headlines around the world, many industries are looking at what they can do to reduce their impact. A Sydney brewery has come up with an unusual solution – using algae to reduce the carbon emitted during the beer-making process. With algae being up to five times more efficient at absorbing carbon dioxide than trees, the project is an opportunity for breweries to become carbon neutral.
