Theresa May has accused the SNP of having “tunnel vision” after Nicola Sturgeon said she will ask for a second referendum on Scottish independence. The prime minister told the BBC’s Ben Wright the decision sets Scotland on a course for “more uncertainly and division” at a time when evidence suggests the majority of Scottish people do not want a second vote.
