There is ‘potentially some undermining’ of Gladys Berejiklian from within her own party

Sky News Australia published this video item, entitled “There is ‘potentially some undermining’ of Gladys Berejiklian from within her own party” – below is their description.

Liberal Senator Hollie Hughes says it seems there is potentially some people within the Liberal Party who are trying to undermine Gladys Berejiklian, following a series of damaging leaks against the New South Wales Premier. It comes amid a series of negative stories regarding Premier Berejiklian, the latest of which has seen evidence the Premier’s office had direct control over a controversial grants program. “I think there’s definitely some ambitious members of her team,” Ms Hughes told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “I think certainly you can see that there’s potentially some undermining of Gladys occurring at the moment. “Perhaps some people aren’t that happy that she’s doing such a good job (on the pandemic) and certainly looks like she’s there for the long haul.”
