The only people who benefited were those campaigning for the stupid idea in the first place as they stood to benefit either from tax dodging, shorting sterling or buying up cheaper UK companies. Please look around and see what is going on in this country and don’t believe the garbage that the likes of GB News broadcast. The old rubbish about the Ukraine war and Covid-19 is pure rhetoric, go look at the other EU member states Bd their trade numbers and you’ll see a much healthier recovery vs. ours which hasn’t done as well due to the disaster that is BREXIT.
