The Queen pays virtual visit to Foreign & Commonwealth Office

The Queen has paid a virtual visit to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) via video call, to hear about their response to the COVID-19 outbreak and join the unveiling of a new portrait of Her Majesty.

The portrait – unveiled at the start of the call – was commissioned by the FCO to pay tribute to their longstanding relationship with The Queen, and the contribution Her Majesty has made to UK diplomacy throughout her reign.
